Back to Base Warranty on equipment & accessories.
Condition of Warranty requires the faulty item to be returned to ezyLAN for repair or replacement.
Warranty Claim Process is below:
1. Contact our Support team.
2. An RMA form will be e-mailed to you.
3. Complete and return the RMA form to the e-mail address provided.
4. Once the RMA Form is returned to us.
6. We will issue you with a RMA Authorisation number and further instruction.
7. The item will be either repaired or replaced and returned to you.
